Kvass Cold Brew

Cold brew meets fermented fizz. Deep, roasted coffee notes lifted by kvass’ natural acidity and soft sparkle. Like an espresso tonic, but earthier and more unexpected.

cold brew, toasted grain, citrus, cocoa bitterness, dry sparkle.

Ingredients

80 ml cold brew coffee
120 ml chilled kvass
10 ml orange juice or 5 ml lemon juice
5 ml maple syrup or vanilla syrup, optional
orange peel

Method

Pour cold brew into a tall glass with ice. Add citrus and syrup if using. Top with chilled kvass. Stir gently. Garnish with orange peel.
