Kvassecco

A fermented twist on a bellini. Dry prosecco, peach liqueur and chilled kvass come together in a bright, lightly tart spritz with a soft stone-fruit finish.

Peach, bubbles, gentle acidity, dry fermented finish.

 

Ingredients

Dry prosecco, chilled 100 ml
Kvass, chilled 80 ml
Peach liqueur 15 ml 
Lemon juice 5 ml (optional)
Peach slice or lemon peel

 

Method

Pour peach liqueur into a chilled wine glass. Add prosecco, then gently top with kvass. Stir once, very lightly. Garnish with peach or lemon peel.
